Born in Bedfordshire, England, Neal spent his formative years in northern California. After graduating from CSUSM with a major in Film & Television he soon moved to Los Angeles to start his career. Almost immediately, one of his music videos, "Shoes" won a People's Choice Award in 2008. Shortly thereafter, his work was nominated for a YouTube award and an MTV Movie Award. In 2011 his team at ABC Digital won an Emmy for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media and once again in 2017. Most recently, the documentary short Neal worked on, Concerto is a Conversation was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Documentary Short. He specializes in television and commercials and has worked with notable brands such as Disney, ABC, Marvel, Porsche, Chevrolet, Audi, Amazon, Dwell, and Nascar.
